| 保存條件 | Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C. |

Function: GTPase which can activate the MEK/ERK pathway and induce cell transformation when overexpressed. May act as a nuclear scaffold for MAPK1, probably by association with MAPK1 nuclear export signal leading to enhanced ERK1/ERK2 signaling. Subunit: Interacts directly with MAPK1 (wild-type and kinase-deficient forms). Interacts directly (in GTP-bound form) with MAP2K1 (wild-type and kinase-deficient forms). Subcellular Location: Nucleus. Tissue Specificity: Overexpressed in gastrointestinal cancers; expression correlates with later tumor-node-metastasis stages of colorectal cancers. Similarity: Belongs to the small GTPase superfamily. Rab family. Contains 1 J domain.
