When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C. |

In the initial segment of epididymis, localizes on the dorsal surface of the acrosomal region of sperm, gradually becomes more restricted to the acrosomal region in spermatozoa during epididymal transit (By similarity). Similarity: Contains 1 Kazal-like domain.
