| 保存條件 | Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C. |

background: May play a role in cell proliferation, differentiation and death.High levels in skeletal muscle, heart, and kidney. Intermediate levels in liver, placenta and brain. Low levels in colon, thymus, spleen, small intestine, lung and leukocytes. Function: Critical regulator of cell growth under specific conditions. Implicated in differentiation and cell cycle arrest. Subunit: Interacts (via its C-terminal) with TAL1. Interacts with ZC3H15; the interaction forms a polysomal DRG1-DFRP1/ZC3H15 complex which provides protein stability to DRG1 possibly by blocking poly-ubiquitination. Interacts with STK16; the interaction phosphorylates STK16 Subcellular Location: Cytoplasm. Note=The DRG1-DFRP2/ZC3H15 complex associates with polysomes. Tissue Specificity: High levels in skeletal muscle, heart, and kidney. Intermediate levels in liver, placenta and brain. Low levels in colon, thymus, spleen, small intestine, lung and leukocytes. Post-translational modifications: Sumoylated by UBE2I in response to MEKK1-mediated stimuli. Similarity: Belongs to the GTP1/OBG family. Contains 1 G (guanine nucleotide-binding) domain.
