| 保存條件 | Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C. |

background: This gene encodes a protein that likely binds DNA and functions as a transcriptional regulator involved in apoptosis and cell survival. This gene resides in a susceptibility locus for autoimmune thyroid disease (AITD) on chromosome 8q24. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms. [provided by RefSeq, Nov 2009] Function: May be involved in transcriptional regulation. Overexpression causes down-regulation of a number of genes involved in the immune response. Some genes are also up-regulated. Subcellular Location: Nucleus. Cytoplasm > cytosol. Tissue Specificity: Isoform 1 is strongly expressed in placenta, spleen, kidney, testis and peripheral blood leukocytes. Expressed in CD4+ and CD8+ T-cells, CD19+ B-cells and CB14+ monocytes. Isoform 3 is strongly expressed in placenta, ovary, tonsil, CD19+ B-cells and CD14+ monocytes. Similarity: Contains 19 C2H2-type zinc fingers.
