| 保存條件 | Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C. |

background: Protamines are small, arginine-rich (basic), nuclear proteins that mediate normal sperm head condensation and DNA stabilization (1–3). Mice, humans, and certain fish have 2 or more different protamines, whereas the sperm of bull, boar, rat, rabbit, guinea pig, and ram have one form of protamine (3,4). The majority of DNA in human sperm is bound to protamines with only a small proportion of DNA bound to histones in a way similar to active chromatin (1,2). The retention of histone association with sperm DNA with respect to protamine association to sperm DNA can change within as little as 400 bp of DNA, suggesting that there is fine control over haploid DNA organization (1). Protamines eventually replace histones late in the haploid phase of spermatogenesis (1,2). The human protamine 1 gene maps to chromosome 16p13.13 and encodes a 51 amino acid protein (5). The human protamine 2 gene maps to chromosome 16p13.13 and encodes a 102 amino acid protein (6). Function: E3 SUMO-protein ligase which facilitates SUMO1 conjugation by UBE2I. Component of the Polycomb group (PcG) multiprotein PRC1 complex, a complex required to maintain the transcriptionally repressive state of many genes, including Hox genes, throughout development. PcG PRC1 complex acts via chromatin remodeling and modification of histones; it mediates monoubiquitination of histone H2A 'Lys-119', rendering chromatin heritably changed in its expressibility. Subunit: Interacts with histone H3-K9Me3. Interacts with CHTOP (By similarity). Component of a PRC1-like complex. Self-associates. Interacts with SUV39H1 and HIPK2. Interacts with CSNK2B.
