| 保存條件 | Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C. |

background: NEK4 (NIMA related kinase 4) is a serine/threonine protein kinase related to the asperigillus NIMA (never in mitosis gene a) kinase. NEK4 is proposed to play a role in cell division. Highest expression in adult heart, followed by pancreas, skeletal muscle, brain, liver, kidney, lung and placenta. Present in most primary carcinomas. There are two named isoforms produced by alternative splicing. Function: Seems to act exclusively upon threonine residues. Subcellular Location: Nuclear Tissue Specificity: Highest expression in adult heart, followed by pancreas, skeletal muscle, brain, liver, kidney, lung and placenta. Present in most primary carcinomas. Similarity: Belongs to the protein kinase superfamily. NEK Ser/Thr protein kinase family. NIMA subfamily.
