| 保存條件 | Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C. |

background: GSDML is a member of the GSDMDC (gasdermin-domain containing) family of proteins. Members of the GSDMDC family are involved in a wide variety of cellular processes, including cell-cycle control, extracellular matrix production, differentiation and apoptosis, and have been associated with the development and progression of cancer. GSDML is a widely expressed protein found in both cancerous and non-cancerous tissues localizing to the cytoplasm and in secretory vesicles. The gene encoding GSDML is thought to have been generated by a duplication event of the GSDM1 gene which encodes gasdermin. In addition, various isoforms exist for GSDML. Function: May play a role as secretory or metabolic product involved in secretory pathway. May also play a role in achieving and maintaining the final differentiation state of epithelial cells. Subcellular Location: Cytoplasm. Vesicular localization in the apical region of gastric chief cells and colonic surface mucous cells, and the basal region of neuroendocrine cells. Tissue Specificity: Expressed in gastric, liver and colon cell lines, carcinomas and non-lesional tissues. Similarity: Belongs to the gasdermin family.
