| 保存條件 | Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C. |

background: All ICAM proteins are type I transmembrane glycoproteins, contain 2-9 immunoglobulin-like C2-type domains, and bind to the leukocyte adhesion LFA1 protein. ICAM3 is constitutively and abundantly expressed by all leucocytes and may be the most important ligand for LFA1 in the initiation of the immune response. It functions not only as an adhesion molecule, but also as a potent signalling molecule. Upon stimulation by a physiological stimulus it becomes rapidly and transiently phosphorylated on serine residues. N-glycosylated; glycans consist of a mixture of tri- and tetra-antennary complex-type chains and high-mannose chains. Function: ICAM proteins are ligands for the leukocyte adhesion protein LFA-1 (integrin alpha-L/beta-2). ICAM3 is also a ligand for integrin alpha-D/beta-2. Subcellular Location: Membrane; Single-pass type I membrane protein. Post-translational modifications: Upon stimulation by a physiologic stimuli becomes rapidly and transiently phosphorylated on serine residues. N-glycosylated; glycans consist of a mixture of tri- and tetra-antennary complex-type chains and high-mannose chains. Similarity: Belongs to the immunoglobulin superfamily. ICAM family.
