When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C. |

background: RAB proteins are GTPases that regulate vesicular trafficking and reside in specific intracellular compartments. RAB9 has been localized to components of the endocytic/exocytic pathway. It has been implicated in the recycling of membrane receptors, such as the mannose 6-phosphate receptor from early endosomes to the trans Golgi network. Subcellular Location: Cell membrane; Lipid-anchor; Cytoplasmic side (Potential). Endoplasmic reticulum membrane (Potential). Golgi apparatus membrane (Potential). Late endosome. Similarity: Belongs to the small GTPase superfamily. Rab family.
